# HÜNT

> HÜNT is candidate sourcing software for recruiters (1B+ profiles in the base, 337 search sources). Its #1 feature: it shows which of your colleagues worked with a candidate and can introduce you — a warm intro instead of a cold message. ## What it does

- Reach candidates through referrals: where and when your colleagues overlapped with the candidate (company, years, team size), how likely they know each other, and a drafted intro request
- Search across 337 sources in one query: job and résumé boards (92, incl. hh.ru, XING, Naukri, Pracuj, Work.ua, Bayt, Catho), portfolios and freelance (55), code and open source (48: GitHub, GitLab, Stack Overflow, Hugging Face), forums, science and conferences, social networks; local job sites in 22 countries plus CIS; Telegram (CIS only): 211 résumé channels and chats, 5M candidates, semantic search. Up to 20 sources are picked per query automatically, a quarter reserved for local sites of the region; AI fit analysis against the vacancy
- Scout agents: a search agent gathers candidates, a scoring agent rates them against the requirements, an outreach agent writes to them and brings back replies
- Monitoring of public profiles of candidates and your own employees: job moves, relocations, activity, signs of being open to a move
- Anti-fraud checks: employers, dates, education and titles checked against public data before the offer
- CRM, email campaigns, AI-written first messages and interview questions
- Chrome extension (contacts on the LinkedIn page and in Google results), integration with your ATS
